Author and site owner is IT-lawyer and patent attorney Arnoud Engelfriet. Arnoud is a very intelligent and insightful expert on copyright, patents, database rights, and other form of protection of intellectual works.
Ius mentis offers over 350 articles (in Dutch and English) about internet law and intellectual property. Very good to understand many aspects of law and IT. An useful website.
